Omgdance provides global logistics solutions including cross-border shipping, warehousing, and customs clearance. Transportation contracts are executed between clients and carriers, with Omgdance managing end-to-end coordination.

​​2. Terms Modification​​
Omgdance reserves unilateral rights to modify/waive terms upon 30-day notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.

​​4. Liability Limitations​​
No agency/partnership exists. Not liable for failures due to:

Infrastructure/network outages
Natural disasters
Government trade restrictions
Labor strikes
​​7. Communication Protocol​​
All operational communications must occur exclusively through Omgdance' designated systems.

​​10. Service Coverage​​
Global warehouse addresses provided in major logistics hubs worldwide.

​​12. Payment Structure​​
Fees include:

​​15. Account Security​​
Users bear full responsibility for account credentials. Report unauthorized access immediately to Support@omgdance.com.

​​16. Data Disclosure​​
Account data may be accessed to:

Comply with legal orders
Enforce service terms
Address safety emergencies
​​19. Freight Calculation​​
Charges based on higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H(cm)÷6000).

​​22. Warehousing Terms​​

Standard free storage: 30 calendar days
Excess storage: $5/day
Abandoned goods: Items unclaimed after 60 days
​​25. Fee Adjustments​​
Rate changes require 30-day advance notice (excludes temporary promotions).

​​27. Shipment Liability​​

Lost cargo: Compensation per Montreal Convention (max 20 SDR/kg)
Damage claims: Must be filed within 48 hrs of delivery
​​31. Contract Termination​​
Users may terminate via written notice. Outstanding balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

​​33. Goods Disposition​​
Items abandoned due to non-payment >60 days will be liquidated without recourse.
